Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide house cleaning services.

Do we need to provide any supplies?

No!, We have everything we need to clean your house.

What services do you offer? 

We offer a range of house cleaning services including regular cleaning, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Tri-Weekly (if available) deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Spring Clean, and post-construction cleaning (upon Request & Availability). We also offer additional services such as laundry, and refrigerator cleaning upon request.

Does someone need to be home during the cleaning?

It is not necessary for anyone to be home during the cleaning as long as we have a way to get in.

 

How do your clients typically grant entrance if they are not home?

Many of our clients provide us with keys to their home or the code to a lock box. Some people have codes to enter the front door or garage door. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up, we just ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. If this isn’t possible, there is a cancellation fee calculated at 50% of expected cleaning price. If we are able to reschedule you within a week of the original cleaning date, we will waive the fee.

Additionally, if we arrive for a scheduled cleaning but are not able to enter the premises, 100% of the expected cleaning price will be charged.

 

What payment options do you offer?

We accept cash and check at the time of cleaning and offer online payment options as well through Venmo and PayPal, Zelle through which you can pay with card. We will send an invoice after each cleaning that will give you your online payment options.

 

What should I do before you come?

We are able to clean most effectively and efficiently when your home is as clear of clutter as possible. Picking up before we come is encouraged.

Having said this, we know that life can be hectic and our mission is to help you right where you’re at. If you are not able to pick up before we arrive, we will do our best to work around any clutter. This may however lengthen the time to finish the clean, and therefore raise the price.

How often should I have my home cleaned? 

This depends on your personal needs and lifestyle. We recommend a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning for most households, but we can also customize a cleaning schedule that works best for you.

Why is the first clean more expensive?

The first clean is always a deep clean. If your home hasn’t been cleaned by us before, we will need time to get things up to our high standard of clean. After the initial deep clean, follow-up cleans will be aimed at maintenance. This means they will be quicker and less expensive.

To give an example, your floor boards may have layers of dust built up that require washing to remove. This will be a time-consuming process. However, once it has been done once, all we need to do on follow up cleans is a quick dust.  

 

What don’t you do?

We do not do any cleaning that requires us to climb more than a 2 step ladder. If we can reach it with a high duster, then no problem.

We do not move large or heavy furniture. we do not clean outside the house, we do not do landscaping, pest control, cat litter Etc.  

What if I have special cleaning requests or instructions?

We are happy to accommodate any special requests or instructions you may have. Simply let us know ahead of time and we will make sure to customize our cleaning to meet your specific needs.

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

You can book a cleaning appointment by calling us, sending an email, or filling out our online booking form. We'll be in touch to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
